Activations Agent - Remote

Overview

As an Activations Agent, you will be making outbound calls to guests who have purchased a vacation getaway but have not yet booked their location or dates. This role involves using your salesmanship and customer service techniques to help deliver on arrivals, increase revenue, and guarantee tour volume for the resorts.

• Minimum of 12 months in sales or customer service roles required.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Orlando, FL.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Flexible shift availability including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• 12 months minimum experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and think quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to adapt to changing schedules based on business needs.
• Must be located within the Orlando, FL area.
