Overview

The IT Advisor, HR Business Relationship Management serves as a strategic interface between the IT department and HR teams, ensuring that IT services and solutions align with HR goals. The IT Advisor is responsible for understanding HR needs, driving HR initiatives that deliver value, and fostering a strong partnership between IT and the HR function. The BRM will provide ongoing support and ensure alignment with the Corporate Function IT Business Partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of specialization as a BRM or Business Analyst, preferably within HR.
• Proficient in strategic business partnering with a passion for developing relationships.
• Strong customer awareness and stakeholder inclusivity.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proven experience in IT business relationship management.
• Strong understanding of IT organization.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT governance and compliance.
