Overview

The Business Relationship Manager for Support Functions integrates teams managing IT activities for Finance, Purchasing, HRIS, and Commercial Development at Veolia Eau France, acting as the primary interface between IT and its clients to promote and propose digital solutions.

In Short

• Promote and support the deployment of solutions based on IS&T strategy.
• Facilitate interactions between stakeholders (Clients, suppliers, technical teams).
• Monitor KPIs and encourage problem resolution and Root Cause Analysis.
• Regularly visit clients and organize business reviews.
• Ensure a clear and shared roadmap with business references.
• Animate tripartite governance instances to capture client feedback.
• Co-construct the roadmap with the business (prioritization and planning).
• Initiate solution design in collaboration with functional and technical architects.
• Ensure excellence in business service and associated solutions.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role as a business partner between business and IT.
• Technical skills in project management and transverse management.
• Knowledge in SIRH and Finance.
• Behavioral qualities: rigor, relational quality, team spirit.
