• Be the Point of Contact for Business Partners on IT-related incidents and projects.
• Manage all Business Partner facing activities for IT.
• Initiate actions to define and improve service levels.
• Advocate for Business Partners within IT.
• Promote effective teamwork and manage interpersonal issues.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis and business case development.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with business strategy and processes.
• Leadership and teamwork experience.
• Understanding of basic technology architecture.
• Knowledge of BPO industry and outsourcing models.
• ITIL Fundamentals knowledge.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
