As a Marketing Operations Program Manager, you will drive operational excellence within the marketing organization by optimizing processes, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex marketing programs using Wrike or similar tools.
• Understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Passion for identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools is a plus.
