Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in team management and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint, Google Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with financial systems like Adaptive and NetSuite is a plus.
