Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

Wrike is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems team within the Revenue Operations organization.

In Short

• Serve as an administrator for our Salesforce instance, ensuring data integrity, user support, and ongoing system optimization.
• Optimize and maintain the sales technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, sales enablement tools).
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and track system enhancements.
• Lead root cause analysis on sales process bottlenecks and system-related business challenges.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Salesforce Developer teams to develop sales reporting and dashboards.
• Project manage key sales systems initiatives, including new tool rollouts and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales systems or business operations roles.
• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience using data and systems to drive insights.
• Ability to influence without authority and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with process documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
