Overview

Wrike is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems team within the Revenue Operations organization, ensuring data integrity and optimizing sales technology.

In Short

• Serve as an administrator for Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and user support.
• Optimize and maintain the sales technology stack to support GTM strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
• Lead root cause analysis on sales process bottlenecks.
• Partner with teams to develop and improve sales reporting and dashboards.
• Project manage key sales systems initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales systems or business operations roles.
• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM administration and data visualization tools.
• Ability to influence and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and process documentation experience.
