Overview

The Business Systems Analyst at Culligan Quench plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and processes.

In Short

• Lead the elicitation and prioritization of complex business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate on systems design and architecture including user interface design.
• Develop and maintain a view of current state processes and performance metrics.
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements.
• Ensure data integrity across financial systems.
• Coordinate training activities with business partners.
• Identify and champion opportunities for process and system optimization.
• Provide consulting services to business partners.
• Fully Remote position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Business Systems Analyst experience.
• 4 year degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant experience.
• Solid technical knowledge of application systems including Salesforce and Zuora.
• Understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
• Experience in systems architecture and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of agile best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Takes initiative and is innovative.
• Prior consulting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or PowerBI is nice to have.
