As a Senior Technology Specialist II at Wrapbook, you will enable everyone at the company to work more efficiently and safely by managing internal IT systems and SaaS ecosystems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience, including support and SaaS operations.
• Ability to build trusting relationships across all levels.
• Hands-on knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of IT concepts, workflows, and compliance frameworks.
