Director of Product Management, Payables - Remote

Overview

As the Director of Product Management, Payables, you’ll lead our efforts to innovate Payables processes in industries where accuracy, precision, and customer experience are everything.

In Short

• Lead the vision and strategy for Wrapbook’s Payables Group.
• Define, prioritize and execute against a product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Client Operations, and Labor Relations.
• Work closely with Union and Payroll Operations.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Wrapbook’s product management practice.
• Lead a high-performing team of product managers and program managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing and mentoring product teams.
• Expertise in defining and prioritizing strategic roadmaps.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• A customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and union contracts is a plus.
