Overview

As a Director of Product Management at PointClickCare, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Post Acute product portfolio within the Acute and Payer business unit, shaping how post-acute insights and workflows integrate with acute care and payer ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or healthcare-related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in healthcare and SaaS.
• 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Strong balance of strategic and tactical skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and drive execution.
• Enthusiastic leader with a positive and resilient personality.
