Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing delivery on our eCommerce and CMS accounts while partnering closely with our Development team. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Requirements

  • Experience managing project budgets
  • Strong EQ and professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology
  • Experience with platforms like Wordpress, Magento, Shopify a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and PPM tools
