Requirements

  • 15+ years in client services or account leadership, preferably in automotive or retail.
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record with complex accounts and significant budgets.
  • Experience in integrated marketing across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong understanding of client challenges and solution crafting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of data analytics and performance frameworks.
  • Commercial orientation with P&L understanding.
