Woven Capital is seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Head of Legal for our rapidly expanding global investment platform, responsible for overseeing legal functions related to venture capital investments.

• Lead negotiation of commercial agreements related to investments.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in venture capital or private equity.
• Significant experience negotiating complex agreements.
• Experience with cross-border transactions.
