US Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The U.S. Finance Manager provides direct financial oversight and support to the U.S. Programs Finance, ensuring timely and accurate financial practices across the network.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews of U.S. Office finances.
• Identify and monitor potential financial risks in field offices.
• Prepare and maintain the monthly Finance Dashboard.
• Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.
• Support review of grant and proposal budgets.
• Coordinate with the Reporting Development Unit.
• Maintain and update the U.S. Finance Handbook.
• Participate in ERP system enhancement meetings.
• Provide oversight for accurate financial data entry.
• Support internal and external audit engagements.

Requirements

• Mature and personal Christian faith.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, Power BI.
• Experience with nonprofit grant budgets and compliance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supervising staff and supporting remote teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• High degree of initiative and service-oriented mindset.
