Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations in the fast-paced work environment, involving strategic financial planning, budget management, financial risk analysis, compliance with local and international regulations, and reporting directly to the executive team.

In Short

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function.
• Manage company wallets and monitor crypto transactions.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable and payroll activities.
• Develop internal controls and financial policies for compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors and advisors for compliance.
• Optimize treasury operations including fiat and crypto cash flows.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks in crypto operations.
• Work closely with leadership on pricing strategies and capital allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management in fintech or crypto.
• Familiarity with international tax laws and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
