Revenue Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Revenue Accountant to join our Finance team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate revenue recognition, supporting group audits, and enhancing financial reporting processes.

In Short

• Manage and review end-to-end revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS 15.
• Prepare monthly revenue reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain robust revenue schedules, deferred revenue analysis, and related controls.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
• Assist in preparing statutory financial statements for group reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams for contract reviews.
• Support process/system improvements to strengthen revenue reporting.
• Participate in finance system upgrades and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects like financial modelling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) qualification strongly preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in audit and/or accounting.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 15.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively.
