HR Intern - Remote

Overview

The HR Intern will assist in various human resources functions including visa support, contract management, and maintaining the HR information system.

In Short

• Provide comprehensive visa support for global employees.
• Manage contract archives for all global employees.
• Maintain and update the HRIS with accurate employee data.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Offer consultation on HR-related matters to employees and managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field preferred.
• Prior internship experience in HR is desirable.
• Familiarity with HR processes is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in HR within a tech company or R&D center is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with HR processes and administrative tasks is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent service orientation.
• Fluent English & Chinese as a working language.
