Overview

The DMEAL Officer at World Relief will guide the quality of US Programs work, driving technical excellence and execution of the DMEAL framework to support humanitarian efforts.

• Lead DMEAL activities across US Programs.
• Support programmatic areas in implementing quality practices of DMEAL.
• Analyze program designs and facilitate evidence-based adaptations.
• Provide technical assistance to US Program teams.
• Coordinate meetings to track DMEAL progress and performance.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation plans for new projects.

Requirements

• Mature Christian faith and commitment to World Relief's mission.
• Experience in nonprofit or humanitarian settings preferred.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of program logic models and evaluation practices.
• Familiarity with community development and assessment methods.
• Some domestic travel may be required (15%).
