Overview

The Child Protection Technical Advisor will play a crucial role in growing World Relief's Child Protection portfolio and delivering technical assistance in alignment with the International Programs strategy. This position emphasizes business development, program quality, and external engagement to enhance child-focused programming.

Requirements

• Mature Christian faith and commitment to World Relief’s mission.
• Experience in child protection programming in humanitarian contexts.
• Familiarity with USAID policies and child safeguarding standards.
• Proven track record in program design and successful grant applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work cross-culturally and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel to insecure locations.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in international development.
• Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.
