We are seeking a client-focused, driven professional with financial services experience to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our growing, collaborative team. At WORLD Investment Advisors, we’re redefining client success by offering innovative financial guidance through our proprietary SMARTMap® Financial Wellness platform.

In Short

• Provide personalized support to participants on their financial journeys.
• Leverage tools and resources from the SMARTMap® Financial Wellness program.
• Assist clients with enrollment in SMARTMap® Financial Wellness program tools.
• Manage participant interactions in Salesforce.
• Guide transactional requests such as account changes and withdrawals.
• Conduct outbound calls for Foundational Planning.
• Collaborate with various departments to fulfill client requests.
• Promote positive participant behaviors in savings and financial wellness.
• Assist participants in utilizing SMARTMap® tools.
• Provide personalized advice on budgeting and debt management.

Requirements

• FINRA licenses (Series 65 or 63/6) are highly encouraged.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or operations support.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Emotional intelligence and empathy.
