The Head of Customer Retentions is a senior-level management role responsible for overseeing and developing the Retentions department, managing initiatives, leading a team, and monitoring KPIs to enhance client relationships.

  • Experience in large-scale retention strategy implementation.
  • Fluent in English across all communication channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with web hosting technology is a plus.
