Product Manager - Domains, Email & SSL - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product team at Hosting.com and other World Host Group Brands, a growing and fast-moving web hosting provider. The role is focused primarily on domain names, with additional responsibilities across email products and SSL certificates.

In Short

• Manage the domain product portfolio, overseeing lifecycle management, pricing, and performance.
• Introduce new domain add-ons to enhance offerings and meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain registrar and registry relationships.
• Drive improvements in domain-related processes focusing on reliability and compliance.
• Manage our email product line to enhance functionality and competitiveness.
• Support SSL product performance and resolve related issues.
• Collaborate with various teams on product initiatives and feature improvements.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities or risks.
• Track key product KPIs and maintain accurate data for reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the domain name industry.
• Strong understanding of DNS and ICANN compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with email products and the hosting ecosystem.
• Bonus: Knowledge of SSL products in hosting environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Quick self-learner with adaptability to changes.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance operational and strategic tasks.
