Overview

The ISO Sales Executive is responsible for driving loan production by building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with mortgage brokers in assigned markets.

In Short

  • 100% remote workforce
  • Hybrid position with field presence required

  • Excellent oral and written command of the English language required
  • Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers
  • Coordinate loan submissions with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct in-office broker visits and travel monthly
  • Use heatmaps to prioritize markets and identify prospects
  • Prepare materials and manage logistics for broker meetings
  • Provide timely support and address broker inquiries

Requirements

  • Strong sales acumen

  • Experience in customer service
  • Comfortable working with productivity monitoring systems
  • In-depth knowledge of Non-QM products and lending programs
