In Short

• Provide telephonic and video counseling.
• Engage with clients to ensure they feel heard and supported.
• Evaluate clients for short-term counseling benefits.
• Manage high-risk calls and collaborate with at-risk individuals.
• Develop clear treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the management system.
• Work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• Flexible working hours including weekends.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• At least one year of direct counseling experience.
• Authorization to practice or clinical certification preferred.
• Experience with short-term counseling modalities.
• Ability to work with clients facing various mental health issues.
• Competent in using various contact methods: phone, video, email, chat.
• Passionate about providing support to clients globally.
• Culturally sensitive and flexible in communication.
