• Position: EAP Clinical Counsellor (Mandarin Speaking)
• Location: Canada - Hybrid or remote
• Shift hours: Sunday - Tuesday 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Wednesday-Thursday 11:00 am-8:30 pm EST
• Salary: $62,000 CAD a year
• 1 year of direct counseling experience required
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Provide telephonic and video counseling
• Assess and manage high risk calls
• Collaboratively develop treatment plans
• Maintain client confidentiality

Requirements

• Master's degree or diploma in social work, counseling, or psychology
• Minimum 2 years direct client-contact experience
• Experience with clinical assessment tools
• Training in crisis intervention preferred
• Ability to work with diverse client backgrounds
