In Short

• Engage with participants over phone, video, chat, and email.
• Provide telephonic and video counseling.

Requirements

• Master's degree or diploma in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensure or clinical certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of direct client-contact experience.
• Experience with short-term counseling modalities.
• Training in crisis intervention beneficial.
• Ability to work with clients facing various challenges.
• Passionate about providing global support.
• Sensitive to cultural differences.
• Proficient in using multiple communication methods.
