EAP Clinical Counsellor (Part-time) - Remote

In Short

• Part-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 4:30pm.
• Hybrid or remote work options available based on proximity to Toronto.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct counselling experience required.
• Must be registered with the CRPO as a psychotherapist.
• Engage with clients over phone, video, chat, and email.
• Provide telephonic and video counselling and crisis management.
• Collaboratively develop treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy, or related field.
• Registered with CRPO as a psychotherapist.
• Minimum of three years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Experience in one-on-one care and group interventions.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Empathetic and able to build trust with clients.
• Knowledge of psychological health best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
