In Short

• Provide telephonic and video counseling.
• Engage with clients to ensure they feel heard and supported.
• Assess clients for appropriateness for short-term counseling.
• Manage high-risk calls and refer clients as needed.
• Develop treatment plans collaboratively.
• Maintain clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree or diploma in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Licensure or clinical certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of direct client-contact experience.
• Experience with clinical assessment tools.
• Training in crisis intervention beneficial.
• Ability to work with clients facing various challenges.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
