As a Customer Success Manager at WorkMotion, you will nurture and maintain the trust that clients place in the company, ensuring a seamless experience for employing abroad.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation.
  • Understand and resonate with clients' feelings and perspectives.
  • Prioritize tasks dynamically to meet client needs.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce is desirable.
  • Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations is a plus.
