We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and drive the delivery of high-impact solutions.

In Short

Lead technical direction for the engineering team.
Architect and develop scalable, event-driven microservices and APIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Mentor and guide engineers.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
Participate in product discovery activities with customers.
Communicate complex technical issues clearly.
Participate in the production on-call support rotation.
Expect up to 10% travel.

Requirements

6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong foundation in computer science and software development.
Experience with cloud-based distributed systems.
Hands-on experience in a production engineering environment.
Proficiency in AWS and TypeScript.
Strong experience designing and building microservices.
Expertise in React, GraphQL, and Snowflake.
Experience in an agile development environment.
Strong communication skills.
Problem-solving and adaptability skills.
