Recovery Counselor (LCSW or LMFT) - Remote

Overview

As a Recovery Counselor at Workit Health, you will be responsible for providing clinical intervention to members with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and mental health disorders. The primary focus is on team-based treatment, namely co-facilitation of shared follow-up appointments. Recovery Counselors are full-time employees that work remote and can provide all services via telehealth platforms.

• Co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups.
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.
• Provide evidence-based SUD services.
• Prepare documentation in accordance with standards.
• Participate in meetings, supervision, and clinical audits.

Requirements

• Master's (LCSW or LMFT) degree required.
• Independent clinical state licensure required.
• Fluency in CBT and MI skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in SUD services.
• Capable of managing crisis intervention remotely.
• Experience facilitating groups using therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to work independently online.
• Professionalism and reliability are a must.
• Enthusiasm for changing addiction treatment is necessary.
