Recovery Counselor (LCSW) - Remote

Overview

As a Recovery Counselor at Workit Health, you will be responsible for providing clinical intervention to members with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and mental health disorders, focusing on team-based treatment and co-facilitation of shared follow-up appointments.

Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• Independent clinical state licensure for Illinois (LCSW) required.
• Fluency in CBT and Motivational Interviewing skills.
• At least one year of experience providing SUD services.
• Capable of managing crisis intervention remotely.
• Experience facilitating groups using therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to work independently online.
• Professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, and reliability are musts.
