Team Leader (m/f/d) IT Infrastructure in Managed Services - Full Remote

Overview

For my client – a leading, innovative IT consulting company with a modern corporate culture – I am looking for you as Team Leader (m/f/d) IT Infrastructure in the Managed Services area. The position is available full remote throughout Germany.

In Short

• Disciplinary leadership of the team in Germany, including regular feedback discussions, development plans, and salary negotiations.
• Organizational management of the European team, planning on-call duty, managing resources, prioritizing tasks, and handling escalation management.
• Ensuring the professional development of the entire team through regular certifications and performance reviews.
• Supporting customer onboarding through a standardized integration process.
• Preparing internal and external reports for clients and management, ensuring transparent communication.
• Working closely with management to support the calculation and strategic development of services offered.
• Ensuring efficient ticket processing and continuously improving workflows.
• Securing the quality of documentation and promoting knowledge transfer within the team.

Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable degree in IT.
• Strong service orientation and professional management of customer requirements.
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style, maintaining an overview even in challenging situations.
• Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) for working in an international environment.
• Experience in second-level support, customer support, or IT infrastructure operations, especially in hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Jira Service Management and Confluence, ideally with corresponding certification.
