Team Leader (gn) IT Infrastructure – Focus on Managed Services - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader (gn) for our client, an innovative IT service company specializing in high-quality IT solutions across Europe. The focus is on areas such as VMware, backup, server operations, and cloud platforms.

In Short

• Lead and develop a team of 8 to 10 employees, providing feedback and career planning.
• Hands-on mentality with close collaboration and operational support for the team.
• Manage resources, handle escalations, and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure efficient workflows.
• Support onboarding of new clients and assist with commercial calculations.
• Create reports for clients and management.

Requirements

• Completed training in IT or a comparable degree.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.
• Independent and goal-oriented work style.
• Very good German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) skills.
• Experience in IT support or IT infrastructure operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Jira Service Management and Confluence is desirable.
