Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in team leadership.
• 5+ years in software development and technical management.

• Proven leadership abilities in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with object-oriented software systems.
• Outstanding leadership and mentoring skills.
• Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
• Experience with APIs and integrations is a plus.
• Knowledge of Java and/or JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
