Product Manager - Accelerate Platform - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager for the Accelerate Platform, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product vision and execution for our GenAI developer tools and services at Workday.

In Short

• Support the definition and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translate product strategy into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with software engineering to define, prioritize, and execute on the product backlog.
• Analyze customer, user, and platform performance to inform decisions.
• Establish and track key platform metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct product discovery activities including research and competitive analysis.
• Document product requirements, technical specifications, and user stories.

• Lead product management efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company.
• 2+ years delivering ML/AI products or features.
• Experience in researching and prototyping new technical capabilities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience leading PMOs for large organizations.
