Overview

The Principal Strategic Customer Engagement Program Manager at Workday plays a key role in ensuring that strategic customers derive long-term value from their investment in Workday's products, particularly in the Spend Management area. This position focuses on collaboration between the Product team and customers to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • Participate in the ongoing evolution of customer programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday Spend Management.
  • Proficient in Workday oCFO Products.
  • Experience with Workday Deployment Methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • BA/BS degree or higher, preferably in Accounting/Finance.
  • Proven track record in program management.
  • Customer advocacy experience is preferred.
  • Positive mindset and enthusiasm for Workday Financials.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
