The Chief of Staff at Workday will drive critical initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and enhance communication within the organization and with Federal customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic, operational, or enablement roles.
• 5+ years in a Chief of Staff or similar position.
• 5+ years working with Federal partners.
• Proven ability to deliver products on time.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience building strong, collaborative teams.
• Ability to listen and partner across organizations.
• Experience in financial management and strategic planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a shared vision.
