Chief of Staff - Remote

Overview

As a Chief of Staff at Sonia, you will work closely with the Founder, driving key initiatives and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.

In Short

• Lead strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Track high-priority initiatives and proactively resolve obstacles.
• Communicate initiative status to leadership and coordinate across teams.
• Connect teams working on similar projects to break down silos.
• Provide decision support through data gathering and analysis.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Founders and manage key relationships.
• Plan and execute team meetings and all-hands meetings.
• Manage board meeting preparation and materials.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier consultancy.
• Work experience in an operational role, ideally within a startup.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and German; French is a plus.
