Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and driven SDR to serve as the first point of contact for potential Workana Premium clients. You’ll own prospecting, qualification, and pipeline generation through both outbound campaigns and inbound leads, setting the stage for our Sales Executives to close.

In Short

  • Research and identify mid-market companies in the US that can benefit from Workana Premium.
  • Run outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Engage inbound inquiries and outbound responses to determine fit, need, and budget.
  • Book meetings and demos for AEs; keep CRM (HubSpot) updated.
  • Work with Marketing to optimize messaging, follow-up cadences, and conversion strategies.
  • Track activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings) and report weekly.
  • Communicate the quality, flexibility, and value of Workana Premium.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.
  • Proficient in English.
