Overview

We are looking for a Semi-Senior DevOps and Automation Engineer to join the technology team of our client, focusing on the administration and automation of a technology platform that supports high-impact products in the Fintech ecosystem of Latin America.

In Short

• Maintain and evolve automation for platform deployment in GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
• Create and monitor proactive alerts for error detection and performance issues.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Implement and maintain automated tests for Backend, mobile, and web applications.
• Participate in daily standups and technical discussions.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Create technical documentation following internal standards.
• Work independently and communicate effectively.
• Adapt to dynamic environments and evolving technologies.
• Propose improvements to existing infrastructure and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with task automation using Celery/Redis.
• Experience in Git and Python.
• Experience in creating and executing automated tests.
• Advanced terminal handling and scripting skills.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Experience working under Agile methodologies.
