Overview

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and managing internal product infrastructure, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.

In Short

• Maintains/Manages internal product infrastructure ensuring adherence to company policy and process.
• Assists in the maintenance of the Software Support server, SQL databases, and Support Labs.
• Collaborates with IT, Development, Services, and Support Engineering on various projects.
• Manages the retrieval, placement, and deconstruction of Customer data.
• Analyzes, troubleshoots, runs backups and scripts, and provides recommendations.
• Assists customers' IT professionals with software installation, upgrades, and configurations.
• Determines which issues can be solved or escalated to QA, Product, and Development teams.
