Overview

Boku Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to coordinate activities and serve as the go-to person for the infrastructure team, focusing on cloud technologies and IT transformation projects.

In Short

• Coordinate IT infrastructure activities.
• Work with cloud technologies, especially SaaS ecosystems.
• Design and manage Corporate IT projects.
• Support Boku's Corporate Firewall Solution.
• Resolve IT MDM deployment issues.
• Design a secure Microsoft 365 environment.
• Implement automation for laptop deployments.
• Provide 3rd line support and mentor helpdesk staff.
• Support change control processes.
• Innovate solutions for technology stack maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience providing L3 support.
• Knowledge of end user device management via MDM.
• Experience with IT transformation projects.
• Familiarity with third-party SaaS products.
• Experience managing Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Kandji.
• Experience in automation platform design.
• Strong networking knowledge.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation.
