Overview

Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting qualified prospects into active customers. This role is crucial to accelerating our revenue and expanding our footprint within the in-house legal tech space.

In Short

  • Source, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your first 3 months
  • Deliver a minimum number of qualified demos per week
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and pipeline goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with legal ops, GCs, and decision-makers
  • Accurately maintain CRM records and forecast deal progress

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within legal tech, SaaS, or a related field
  • A strong understanding of the legal industry, legal workflows, and in-house counsel challenges
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to legal professionals
  • Experience building and managing relationships with General Counsel and legal teams is a significant plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to lead generation and deal closing
