Overview

As a CRM Specialist, you will serve as the central interface between WongDoody and companies, translating brand visions into targeted, data-driven CRM measures to create exceptional customer experiences in the premium segment of the automotive industry.

In Short

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Consult and manage internal departments and external agencies in planning and executing targeted CRM measures.
• Segment target groups based on behavioral data, interests, and customer development stages.
• Design, manage, and analyze performance-driven CRM campaigns (Email, Push, SMS).
• Build, automate, and optimize scalable customer journeys for relevant use cases.
• Ensure quality management between corporate goals and agency implementation.
• Collaborate closely with data teams to develop insights, KPIs, and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor, report, and optimize relevant success metrics for continuous performance improvement.
• Support the development of the CRM system as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in the CRM field, ideally with corporate, agency, or interface experience.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven working style.
• Technical understanding (e.g., APIs, data flows, SQL is a plus).
• Experience with common CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot).
• Open mindset and ability to approach challenges in a solution-oriented, efficient, and proactive manner.
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and team spirit.
• Languages: German and English.
