The Marketing Performance and Insights Lead will lead the ongoing performance measurement of marketing communication channels across acquisition and engagement, helping to optimize various marketing strategies and grow participant engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in Marketing Data Analytics.
• Expertise in consumer marketing strategy across multiple channels.
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred).
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with CRM data (SalesForce preferred).
• Experience with Marketing Automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong business acumen to understand the big picture.
