Overview

As a Growth & Retention Specialist at Wonderschool, you will play a crucial role in supporting childcare providers in growing and sustaining successful businesses. You will act as a business coach, guiding providers on best practices, financial sustainability, and operational efficiency while ensuring they maximize the benefits of the Wonderschool platform.

In Short

• Educate, persuade, and influence providers to leverage the Wonderschool platform.
• Guide providers through growth and retention milestones.
• Proactively engage with at-risk providers to mitigate churn.
• Conduct business coaching, including financial literacy training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with providers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Track and analyze provider engagement.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Meet and exceed growth and retention targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business coaching, customer success, or related role.
• Strong understanding of small business operations and financial principles.
• Proven ability to have difficult conversations and problem-solve.
• Metrics-driven and highly motivated to exceed performance goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the early childcare industry is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• MBA preferred.
