• Legal Assistants and Paralegals support the NIV team in Santa Monica.
• Remote candidates will be considered, preferably available for Pacific Time Zone hours.
• Responsibilities include preparing and filing cases for non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications.
• Expanding knowledge of US Immigration Law.
• Drafting and organizing legal forms and documents.
• Communicating with clients about visa processes.
• Assisting in document organization for legal processes.
• Entering data into internal systems accurately.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of immigration law experience.
• Salary range is $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
